Ruben Cruz, CPA, is CEO and Founder of Crulliance, LLC, a next-generation CPA firm dedicated to providing world-class accounting and tax solutions for Veterinarians and Small Business Owners.
He is a licensed CPA, a Certified Internal Auditor and has earned a Certification in Risk Management Assurance. Prior to starting his own firm, Ruben worked with privately-owned, as well as publicly-traded companies. He was a Senior Internal Auditor for Roper Technologies, $5.5B company. Ruben was in charge of the company’s financial and operational processes, internal controls, with the focus on optimizing revenues, and meeting corporate and regulatory compliance. He also worked with MetLife, a $68B company, as a Financial Consultant specializing in the investments department.
He’s been responsible for various assurance projects including audits, internal control assessments, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. As a Profit First Professional, Ruben specializes in helping you maximize profits so you can enjoy more freedom, ease and peace of mind as a business owner.
In his community, Ruben serves as a board member of the Tampa International Airport Police Department Guardians Foundation. He served two years as Vice President of Communications of the West Coast Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors.
